Terms and Conditions
To reserve your spot for the retreat of your choice, please submit the reservation form and pay the deposit of 25% of the full amount (the exact amount is indicated alongside the option of choice in the reservation form) via one of the following options:

To confirm your reservation, please send a proof of payment of the deposit to firstname.lastname@example.org. The remaining amount will be due 15 days before the beginning of the retreat.
To provide maximum comfort and safety, all reservations must be done by unit (room/suite/eco-villa). It is not possible to reserve an individual bed in a shared suite. When reserving your spot, please select the number of persons that will share the suite.
Cancellations and Refunds
Our general cancellation policy is as follows:
- 50% deposit refund for cancellations 15+ days before retreat start date.
- 0% deposit refund for cancellations 0-14 days before retreat start date.
In case the retreat cannot take place due to Covid-19, we will refund the full amount of your booking. We also fully refund you in case you have tested positive for Covid-19 within 14 days of the beginning of the retreat and send us a copy of the test result. In case you cannot produce a test copy, we do not refund the booking.
If you come by air travel, we recommend to book a flexible ticket or an insurance with your flight. We do not refund any transport costs.
A retreat is an intimate and personal journey. The comfort and well-being of the participants is our priority. Please be respectful and considerate of everyone around you, following the simple but golden rule of treating others as you would like to be treated. In case of unacceptable behaviour, we reserve the right to deny the further participation in the retreat. In that case there will be no refund.
